Excellent service from the engineer. Was very helpful and would answer any questions about heating/boiler.
Had no hot water so contacted First response. He replied to calls immediately and quickly found availability of the part needed. When I confirmed I wanted the work to go ahead he arrived the same day. Excellent workmanship and he kept the area around the boiler clean and tidy while working. Once the part was installed he thoroughly checked everything. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.
Asked Haroon for a gas cert, and on attendance a fault was found on the boiler, he first asked me to check if it was still under warranty, unfortunately not. Haroon was the third boiler fixer man to come to fix my boiler.because of this we had had no hot water or heating for 3 weeks.
noone could get it to work.
Haroon arrived a couple of hours after i rang him.H e looked at the boiler got it temporarily working for the night for hot water and promptly permanently repaired the boiler the next day after ordering the part.
